patee house museum

Patee House Museum ... ever been?

What a great way to spend a hot summer day.

We went with 5 kids in tow and they loved every minute of it.

They offer pieces of history mixed with a little fun. If you go be sure to get your score card to find "what doesn't fit?" from each room...you get a prize at the end of the trip.

Cost is $6 per adult , $4 per student, and 5 and under are free.
It would be better  if it were free but your helping support and keep a piece of history alive. All the worker are volunteers so money goes straight to the museum.

They have a carousal  which is $1.50 a ride or 4 for $5.00

They also have an old fashion salon where you can take a break get a snack and a soda(cost apply)

While you are there you can take a peek at Jesse James's house...additional cost apply. trust me there is plenty to see with out visiting his house.
